Mission

At The Nation of Tamarikemba, we are building a community rooted in the rich traditions of our ancient ancestors from Kemet (Egypt). We practice Smai Tawi/Taui, an African spiritual system often referred to as Egyptian Yoga, alongside the moral system of Ma'at, which embodies Truth, Justice, Righteousness, and Harmonious Balance. As a collective of people indigenous to the African continent, we are reclaiming our ancestral heritage by returning to the lands near the Nile River, where our ancestors once thrived.

Our mission is to support and empower the African American community in reconnecting with African culture, rediscovering their true selves, and living in alignment with the wisdom of our forebears. Through spiritual practice, community building, and the pursuit of righteousness and balance, we aim to foster a path of self-realization, healing, and unity for all who seek to return to their roots.

In alignment with the principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), we strive to establish a sovereign community that honors our rights to self-determination, cultural revitalization, and land reclamation. Our vision is to create a nation that embraces the values of peace, justice, and unity, where we not only reconnect with our heritage but also contribute to the healing and empowerment of people worldwide. We invite all who share in this journey to join us in building a community grounded in spiritual enlightenment, global peace, and environmental sustainability.
